American Fork Canyon

Provo Canyon

Riding the technical and difficult single track in Rock Canyon and Big Spring Hollow, is a true test of skill and endurance for dirt bike enthusiasts. Both trails are extremely challenging and should only be attempted by skilled riders. If you're not adequately prepared, attempting these routes will only cause unnecessary damage to the trails and disrupt their condition. The trail features steep climbs, loose rocks, and narrow paths that wind through dense vegetation, requiring precise handling and expert balance. The best parking to start trail 60 (Rock Canyon) is HERE on Pole Haven Road in Hobble Creek Canyon. It's a dirt road with some parking. You'll have to ride the extremely rough dirt road for several miles to get to the trail head.

Hobble Creek

Riding single track up Hobble Creek Canyon offers an exhilarating and scenic off-road experience in the heart of Utah's Wasatch Mountains. Diamond Fork Canyon

Parking - Tie Fork Rest Area

Ride your bike north on Tie Fork road up over the train tracks to forest road 117. Follow 117 for a little over a mile to forest trail 310 a couple miles to White River road. Turn right and ride a about a mile to the 83 trail head.

Tie Fork (Willow Creek)

Willow Creek is not in Utah county but we're going to start the ride in Utah county. Tie Fork is situated behind the Tucker Rest area in Spanish Fork Canyon, offering an adventurous escape into Utah's rugged backcountry. The trail begins on dirt roads before transitioning to ATV Trail 310, which becomes increasingly challenging as it climbs toward the top. After a brief ride down a dirt road, the trail leads into Willow Creek, where it weaves through river crossings, beaver dams, and narrow paths, creating an exciting and technical ride. Much like Diamond Fork, the trails at Tie Fork are tucked deep in the wilderness, providing a remote and isolated experience for riders seeking a true off-road adventure.

Five Mile Pass

Riding at Five Mile Pass, located just west of Utah Valley, offers a diverse and thrilling off-road experience for dirt bike enthusiasts. This expansive trail system features a variety of terrain, from wide-open desert flats to more technical rocky sections, perfect for riders of all skill levels. Five Mile Pass is an open riding area that offers something for riders of all skill levels. While it features some technical singletrack trails—many of which are newly developed—it’s primarily made up of two-track trails. Despite this, it remains a fantastic spot to explore, with diverse terrain and plenty of room for adventure.

Soldiers Pass

Soldiers Pass Recreation Area offers some great singletrack, though much of it is quite technical. With typical desert terrain, you’ll encounter a mix of rocky terrain, sandy washes, and challenging climbs. Be cautious, as it's common to encounter people target shooting—despite the nearby gun range, some still shoot across trails and roads. Stay alert, but the area remains an exciting and rugged spot for dirt bike adventures.
